AI是否取代部分職缺，鍾文雄指出，雖然過去美國曾將會計、客服、不動產仲介、律師列為AI衝擊高的職業，但台灣尚未出現明顯裁撤潮，反而更在徵才標準上，增加需要會使用AI技能等基本要求。

不過隨著生成式AI普及，求職者大量使用AI撰寫履歷，鍾文雄指出，企業需花更多時間辨識人才真實能力；但若AI應用得宜，反而能讓履歷更完整，但最終錄用關鍵仍在證照與技能。

104人力銀行今日發布2025年《員工C.E.O調查報告》報告顯示，使用AI比例隨世代遞減，八年級後有80%用過，七年級54%、六年級38%、四、五年級22%。最常用情境為文檔編寫47%、報告生成44%、創意設計25%。其中，七年級生最積極，35%計畫擴大使用；但也有人因數據隱私31%、準確性低25%、主管不接受16%而打算減少使用。

除AI外，報告也揭露職場文化變化。45%上班族曾「安靜離職」，卻有38%認為主管忽視此現象，顯示勞資對工作態度認知落差擴大。鍾文雄指出，企業在招募、培訓、留任三大面向面臨痛點：平均需1個月才能找到適任員工，且新人「快閃」比率高，建議更透明揭露薪資、建立導師制度、主管定期回饋，並將訓練與績效綁定，以提升留任率。

在職場價值觀方面，Z世代更重視工時彈性與氛圍，假日臨時出勤若無補休，將引發反彈；甚至4、5年級世代，也開始在意人際互動與職場體驗，疫情後更要求團康活動，提升同仁凝聚力。
