隨著AI快速發展，世界正進入一個全新的智慧時代。AI已經是現在進行式，融入日常生活、工作與學習之中，成為提升效率與創造價值的重要工具。對於擁有豐富人生經驗與專業歷練的50+世代而言，AI更是一個能夠放大智慧與能力的全新夥伴。
本課程秉持「AI賦能，而非AI取代」的理念設計，強調AI是協助人類發揮智慧與經驗的工具，而不是取代人的能力。在教學方法上，我們秉於原則：生活導向 – 學程內容都從日常生活情境出發讓學員能立即理解並實際應用。簡單易懂 – 避免複雜技術術語而以淺顯語言與實際案例說明AI應用。實作體驗 – 在每個單元都安排操作練習與案例示範，讓學員在操作中學習。
透過這樣的設計，讓每一位學員都能在短時間內感受到AI帶來的便利與價值。

掌握高階應用力再升級新境界

建立AI時代的必要素養，了解AI基本概念與應用方式，消除對科技的陌生與距離感；提升生活效率與便利性，學會運用AI工具處理日常生活需求，如資訊查詢、行程規劃、圖文製作等。強化學習與知識整理能力，利用AI協助蒐集資料、整理重點，讓學習更有效率；開啟人生第二成長曲線，學會如何與AI互動、下指令，透過AI的輔助，探索新的興趣、學習領域與未來發展可能。

第一節，前課復習：認識你的智慧助理
AI不是遙遠的未來，而是現在進行式，本單元將帶領學員了解AI的基本概念與生活應用。透過簡單比喻與案例說明，讓學員理解AI其實早已存在於我們日常生活之中，例如語音助理、智慧搜尋與推薦系統等。
課程將示範如何使用手機語音助理進行簡單指令操作，例如查詢天氣、設定提醒、搜尋資訊等。透過實際操作體驗，讓學員感受AI帶來的便利，建立對AI科技的信心與興趣。
AI工具實作：Google助理 / Siri：設定鬧鐘、提醒吃藥、播報天氣、查詢股價；生活行VoiceGO App：查詢公車動態、垃圾車位置、附近美食。

第二節，生活助手：資訊彙整與智慧規劃
著重於AI在生活管理與資訊整理上的應用。學員將學習如何利用AI整理照片、搜尋資料與規劃旅遊行程。
例如，只需輸入簡單需求，AI即可快速產生完整的旅遊建議，包括景點安排、美食推薦與交通方式。透過這些功能，學員可以節省大量搜尋與規劃時間，讓生活更加輕鬆有序。
AI工具實作：Google相簿自動整理、搜尋，ChatGPT / Google Gemini：規劃「適合長輩的宜蘭三日兩夜深度文化美食之旅」，並產出每日行程表；健保快易通App：查詢個人健康存摺、就醫紀錄，食藥署「藥物食品安全週報」訂閱獲取最新健康資訊。



第三節，溝通與創作：跨國交流與圖影生成再進化
此單元裡，學員將學習利用AI工具進行圖文創作與語言翻譯，透過簡單的文字輸入，就能生成圖片、祝福卡片或活動海報，讓日常訊息傳遞更有創意。
此外，也會介紹AI翻譯與語音辨識工具，搜尋資料與規劃旅遊行程；協助學員在閱讀外文資訊或出國旅遊時能更方便地理解內容。透過這些應用，學員可以體驗AI在溝通與創作上的強大能力。
AI工具實作：Canva Magic Studio / Microsoft Designer　輸入祝福語，生成精美長輩圖、節慶賀卡。Google翻譯 / DeepL：語音、拍照翻譯，輕鬆看懂外文菜單、產品說明；ChatGPT / Gemini  / NotebookLM  / Perplexity / Proactor；幫我蒐集2025年台灣樂齡旅遊產業的5大趨勢，並整理成重點。



第四節，智慧居家：健康、安全與未來應用
介紹AI在健康管理與數位安全方面的應用。內容包括健康資訊查詢、用藥提醒、以及如何辨識網路詐騙與可疑訊息等。同時也會分享AI在未來生活中的發展趨勢，例如智慧家庭、遠距醫療與個人化服務等，讓學員了解AI科技如何持續改變我們的生活方式。透過本單元，學員將建立更完整的AI生活應用觀念，並具備基本的數位安全意識。穿戴式裝置與健康數據：解讀智慧手錶/手環的健康數據 (心率、血氧、睡眠)；AI營養師藉由拍照分析食物，計算熱量與營養素；遠距醫療與AI輔助診斷的未來展望。
AI工具實作：ChatGPT / Claude / Grok / Gemini / NotebookLM / Perplexity / Proactor /gamma / Manus / Suno⋯等 編輯寫文案、作圖表報表、簡報、生成圖文、影片、短影音及音樂、Podcast、製作網站、App、游戲、故事書、便利小工具、會議記錄整理等等。
