本課程將以劇情型AI影片製作為核心，帶領學員理解從「故事概念」到「完整影片」的創作流程。透過實際案例與操作示範，學員將學習如何將故事轉化為分鏡提示詞、如何設定角色與場景、如何生成影片素材，以及如何透過剪輯與聲音設計完成一部具有敘事節奏的AI影片作品。
透過三小時的實戰學習，學員不僅能掌握AI影片生成技術，更能理解影像敘事的核心邏輯，建立屬於自己的AI影像創作能力。

本課程以「AI導演工作流程」為核心設計理念，將AI影片創作拆解為三個重要階段：
一、故事與視覺設計：在影片生成之前，創作者需要先建立完整的故事架構與角色設定，確保整體視覺風格與人物形象一致。
二、AI影像生成：透過圖像與影片生成工具，將文字分鏡與角色設定轉化為可用的影片素材。
三、後期剪輯與聲音設計：利用剪輯與音效控制影片節奏，使零散素材轉化為完整的故事影片。
課程不只是工具操作，而是讓學員理解 AI影片製作的完整邏輯與導演思考方式，使AI能真正成為創作的延伸工具，而不是單純的生成系統。

第一節，從故事到分鏡：建立AI電影的創作藍圖
第一小時將聚焦於影片創作的起點——故事與分鏡設計，任何影像作品的核心都來自於故事構想，而AI影片製作同樣需要清晰的敘事結構。
課程將介紹如何將故事概念轉化為可操作的「文字分鏡」。學員將理解分鏡在影像製作中的角色，包括鏡頭內容、場景設定與情緒氛圍。透過文字分鏡的整理，可以讓AI生成更具一致性的畫面。
此外，本單元也會介紹角色設定的重要性，例如主角的臉部特徵、身形比例與服裝風格等。透過建立人物三視圖與場景設計，能夠確保AI在不同畫面中保持角色一致性，避免影像生成常見的角色變形問題。
透過這一階段的設計，學員將完成AI影片製作最重要的前置工作——建立完整的視覺世界與故事框架。

第二節，AI影像生成：讓故事畫面真正動起來
第二小時將進入AI影像生成的核心流程，學員將了解如何利用圖像生成工具與影片生成系統，將文字分鏡轉化為可用的畫面素材。
課程將示範如何結合角色三視圖與分鏡提示詞生成分鏡圖，並透過統一的畫面設定（如畫面比例、時間氛圍與電影風格）維持整體影像的一致性。
接著將介紹AI影片生成的基本概念，包括如何將靜態分鏡轉化為動態影片，以及如何透過多次生成取得不同版本的素材。由於AI影片生成具有一定的隨機性，創作者需要透過多次生成與挑選素材，建立足夠的影片片段，為後期剪輯提供素材庫。
透過這一小時的內容，學員將理解AI影像生成的核心技巧，並掌握從分鏡圖到影片素材的轉換流程。

第三節，後期剪輯與聲音設計：完成一部完整的AI影片
第三小時將聚焦於影片的後期製作階段，當所有影片素材生成完成後，真正決定影片品質的關鍵就在於剪輯與節奏控制。
課程將介紹如何透過剪輯工具將不同影片片段依劇情順序排列，並透過關鍵幀控制鏡頭運動，例如畫面放大、縮小、旋轉與傾斜等運鏡效果，使畫面更具動態感。
此外，也會說明變速與節奏控制的重要性。透過曲線變速與畫面節奏調整，可以讓影片呈現更具戲劇張力的效果。
在聲音設計方面，課程將示範如何加入音效、旁白與字幕，並搭配背景音樂建立完整的情緒氛圍。最後透過片頭與片尾設計，完成一部完整的AI劇情影片作品。



透過這三小時的學習，學員將理解 從故事構想到影片完成的完整AI創作流程，並具備製作AI劇情影片的基本能力，讓AI不僅能生成畫面，更能成為實現創意與故事的強大工具。
