成立大會暨第一屆第一次會員大會

台灣人工智慧應用交流協會於8月10日舉辦了成立大會暨第一屆第一次會員大會，這場盛會吸引了超過半數會員熱情參與，活動流程緊湊而豐富，不僅完成了協會的重大行政事務，也透過一系列有趣的互動環節，展現了AI技術在日常生活中的無限可能。

地點：台北市青島東路 8 號 NGO 非政府組織會館

上午的議程聚焦於協會的行政與未來發展，在莊嚴且簡潔的開場致詞後，大會正式進入成立事宜討論，所有與會會員共同審議了成立大事項報告及協會章程，並針對114及115年度的工作計畫與預算表，進行了約略討論後深決議必要事項。緊接著進行了備受矚目的第一屆理監事投票選舉，經過會員約30分鐘的審慎投票，公開公正地確保了選舉過程的公平與效率。新選出的理監事團隊隨即召開了首次理監事聯席會議，為協會未來的運作與發展奠定堅實基礎，確立了組織架構與職責分工。

午餐時間後，活動氣氛由嚴肅轉為輕鬆活潑的AI交流環節；首先登場的是暖場遊戲「AI知識我最棒」，會員們透過趣味問答，考驗彼此對AI的了解，前三名優勝者獲得限量版TAIAEA標章馬克杯，充滿升值空間的協會成立限量版(12只)禮物讓現場驚呼連連。
接著登場的是精彩的專題演講，主講人分享了「AI全程協助出國旅遊：我到日本自由行」的心得，以實際案例生動呈現AI如何從行前規劃到旅程中的即時協助，為會員們開拓了新的旅遊視野。
活動高潮則落在「AIˋ真偽圖像辨識挑戰賽」，講師運用AI生成技術，創作出10則多樣異貌的圖像作品，於研修現場即時投影，讓現場的會員填單選出真實攝影或是生成式AI作品；這不僅是一場技術的競賽，更是創意美學辨識真偽的激盪，答對最多的前三名會員一樣獲得限量版的TAIAEA標章馬克杯。

在頒獎與主持人總結後，所有會員齊聚一堂拍攝大合照，為這場結合了正式行政與創新交流的盛會畫下圓滿句點。AI交流協會藉由這次大會，不僅成功確立了組織運作的基礎，也藉由多元互動，凝聚了會員向心力，展現了協會推動AI技術普及與應用的決心。
