轉型思維，適應職場變化：關注AI在自身工作產業的應用，了解可能帶來的變革，提前做好準備；根據產業變化，學習與AI相關的新技能，例如數據分析、AI工具操作等。同時考慮將自身經驗與AI結合，尋找新的職涯發展方向，例如AI顧問、AI教育培訓等。
