生成式AI威脅Google搜尋霸業



業界都很關心生成式 AI 會不會取代 Google 的傳統搜尋，連帶讓網站經營、SEO 經營都會跟著引起巨大變化；但到底影響有多大？最近總算有詳細的數據可以供大家參考了。Datos、SparkToro 最近共同發表了一份調查報告，深入分析了 2024 年到 2025 年 Q1 期間，美國和歐洲的搜尋行為變化。

先說簡單的結論：首先傳統搜尋引擎確實還是居於主導地位，像是在美國還擁有 90.2% 的占有率、歐洲為 92.5%；不過數據也顯示，AI 搜尋正在「穩健發展」。ChatGPT 在美國達到 21.7% 的使用者基數，在歐洲更高達 26.6%，可以發現歐洲的採用速度還超越了美國。

但更重要的是，AI 搜尋流量越來越多導向 YouTube、GitHub 和 ResearchGate 等平台。同一時間在美國，YouTube 已躍升為傳統搜尋的首要目標網站，可以反映出大眾越來越依賴影片資訊。

  • ChatGPT.com 進入前 5 名，反映 AI 在過去一年的受歡迎程度
  • WhatsApp.com 出現在第 6 位

過去 20 年間 Google 建立了近乎不可撼動的市場壟斷地位，不過這份報告某種程度上可以代表出現了重要轉折。SparkToro 共同創辦人 Rand Fishkin 在報告中明確指出，這種競爭壓力主要來自三個方向：

在電商搜尋領域地區差異更加明顯。美國市場依然是 Amazon 天下，穩穩佔據超過五成的桌面電商網頁瀏覽量。相較之下，歐洲市場則呈現百花齊放的局面。Amazon 雖然在歐洲也居於領先地位，但市占率明顯較低。當地的電商平台如波蘭的 Allegro、德國的 Zalando 都擁有穩定使用者基礎。特別值得關注的是，來自中國的 Temu 在歐洲市場表現搶眼，使用者參與度持續攀升。

在內容平台裡，前面提到最引人注目的趨勢是 YouTube 在搜尋活動中的爆發性成長。美國從 2024 年 5 月開始，YouTube 搜尋活動份額急劇增加，從低於 Reddit 迅速超越並穩步攀升至 2025 年 3 月，歐洲也呈現非常相似的趨勢，YouTube 從 2024 年 5 月就開始激增並持續成長。

其他內容平台部分，Reddit 的平均搜尋活動保持穩定但停滯了下來。報告也建立，如果廣告主、品牌想要尋求影響力，以及有效影響人群、AI 模型，那麼接下來，YouTube、Reddit 和 Pinterest 會是最重要的戰場。

不過也得反過來提醒，Google 的搜尋霸權確實面臨挑戰，但並不意味著它會在短期內失去主導地位，數據顯示，Google仍然處理著絕大多數的搜尋查詢，使用者黏性依然很高。真正的變化在於搜尋生態系統的多元化。YouTube、ChatGPT、Reddit 等平台的崛起，為使用者提供了更多選擇，這也代表傳統的 GA（Google Analytics）數據絕對不夠以完整呈現使用者的搜尋旅程，需要整合多個平台的數據來獲得完整圖像。
