第一節，前課復習：認識你的智慧助理
AI不是遙遠的未來，而是現在進行式，本單元將帶領學員了解AI的基本概念與生活應用。透過簡單比喻與案例說明，讓學員理解AI其實早已存在於我們日常生活之中，例如語音助理、智慧搜尋與推薦系統等。
課程將示範如何使用手機語音助理進行簡單指令操作，例如查詢天氣、設定提醒、搜尋資訊等。透過實際操作體驗，讓學員感受AI帶來的便利，建立對AI科技的信心與興趣。
AI工具實作：Google助理 / Siri：設定鬧鐘、提醒吃藥、播報天氣、查詢股價；生活行VoiceGO App：查詢公車動態、垃圾車位置、附近美食。

第二節，生活助手：資訊彙整與智慧規劃
著重於AI在生活管理與資訊整理上的應用。學員將學習如何利用AI整理照片、搜尋資料與規劃旅遊行程。
例如，只需輸入簡單需求，AI即可快速產生完整的旅遊建議，包括景點安排、美食推薦與交通方式。透過這些功能，學員可以節省大量搜尋與規劃時間，讓生活更加輕鬆有序。

第三節，溝通與創作：跨國交流與圖影生成再進化
此單元裡，學員將學習利用AI工具進行圖文創作與語言翻譯，透過簡單的文字輸入，就能生成圖片、祝福卡片或活動海報，讓日常訊息傳遞更有創意。
此外，也會介紹AI翻譯與語音辨識工具，搜尋資料與規劃旅遊行程；協助學員在閱讀外文資訊或出國旅遊時能更方便地理解內容。透過這些應用，學員可以體驗AI在溝通與創作上的強大能力。

第四節，智慧居家：健康、安全與未來應用
介紹AI在健康管理與數位安全方面的應用。內容包括健康資訊查詢、用藥提醒、以及如何辨識網路詐騙與可疑訊息等。同時也會分享AI在未來生活中的發展趨勢，例如智慧家庭、遠距醫療與個人化服務等，讓學員了解AI科技如何持續改變我們的生活方式。透過本單元，學員將建立更完整的AI生活應用觀念，並具備基本的數位安全意識。穿戴式裝置與健康數據：解讀智慧手錶/手環的健康數據 (心率、血氧、睡眠)；AI營養師藉由拍照分析食物，計算熱量與營養素；遠距醫療與AI輔助診斷的未來展望。
